I had a conversation with one of the blogger on a social forum, he told me that he had contacted Mr. vikram(so called fruad) and dealing with him. I just asked few ques about Mr. vikram and his team to Mr. Nikesh Soares. See the below conversation;

Hi all,
stop bad mouthing some one the names mentioned of the centers on top with the numbers, DID any one bother to call them yes I have. All those who have put bad comments please put your identity like your number. I have gone to their office in ahmedabad. I am a consultant from mumbai. One person has also said if you are not a fraud why should a company charge upfront. Let me ask you if you develop a office their you get the business do the expenses then why wont you get it back, smart consultancy is not running an NGO. All those who want to know more visit their office and you views will change. They have an office in the most plush buildings of ahmedabad and 2 entire floors are theirs I have been there.I paid for a process and they gave me all documents required and also gave me a cheques in advance that I can en-cash if I don't want to go ahead can they be frauds. So guys stop bad mouthing some one. I have put my name and number and not hidden my identity as you said above I am not their staff, but very much from mumbai want to meet me come ad meet me call me will give you my address I don't fear.

Do me a favor, please ask Mr. Vikram that:-
1. DID he still goes to office in auto and lives in rented flats or hotels?
2. Why his wife left him?
3. DID he get any benefit in doing fraud, if yes then how much?
4. Why he opened new companies and branches? if he is genuine then why people posting these kind of comments against him and chasing him.
By changing company's name and office's address he can't change his mentality and sense of thinking. One more thing tell him to start picking the calls now, who knows one day he might be behind bars with his bdm's...
I guess it's a another publicity stunt from smart consultancy. No matter who cares, now everyone knows that who is fruad or who is genuine?

thanks for a long message. I advice you to work for a month and see the results. Mate no one is there to put someone image down or pass bad comments. People lost their money in this scam. You are a consultant not a company owner, I guess you had never face any management issue yet. When we start a company so many people are involved-directly or indirectly. If someone dupes a company/Center, not the owner is affected but the staff as well. Money is not a big deal, but because of these fraudsters they dupe their image as well.
I guess you get some commission that's why you are pretending that smart consultancy is genuine. Kindly checkout there process and report us according to that. You need bloggers information, kindly visit our blog: fraudlister.Blogspot.In
if we talk about the persons above whose names you mentioned in your quote. These people haven't deal with smart because they know the actual preface of smart consultancy. They deposit only 5k(slot confirmation charges) for a form filling process and due to god grace they get this amount back. If they are that much genuine then why they haven't pay these people. I tell you why they don't paid them back because mr. Vikram had some plans for that money. They had invested those 5k collected from approx. 90 centers. If you need name, we can provide that.
You said that they have 2 floors in the posh locality. Have you verified it, how they get this office? kindly check out the information about mr. Vikram and his team members. I hope you will find the fact!!!

have gone there verified all and then I am talking I am consultant and
they dont pay me. I have invested in a process that I am starting in
mumbai. I dont work without verifying ones back ground. I am an ex
police guy and my family is in the police and at all high ranks. If you
are the right person why dont you lodge a fir u/S 420 ipc see what will
happen to them, and first thing under your blog put your name &
number and dont be afraid. I have put both. Fyi I called up one more
person from that list and he said that his center was terminated for no
quality and he was given 3 chances to perform still he DID not do it so
was terminated.You have my email ID mail me proofs of fraud that they
have committed.If it happens with me I know what steps I need to take.

I have been victim of this fraud company with the rubbish sla n contracts! they dont even pay n i lost everything with that fraud.
